As the founder of LYICC, Stacey Ly offers clients personalized and one-on-one consulting during the entire immigration process. She specializes in business immigration, family reunification, study, and work permits. She has assisted hundred of clients of making Canada their new and/or temporary home. Stacey’s education background coupled with valuable experience is an added value to a clients file.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures from the University of British Columbia, a Certificate in Computer Based Information Systems (CBIS) from University of Victoria, a Certificate in Financial Counselling from the Institute of Canadian Bankers (ICB) and a Certificate in Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Financial Planning (CFP).

As an immigrant to Canada herself, she understands the complexities of coming to a new country. Her passion and solid understanding of the Canadian immigration policy and pathways has enabled LYICC local and global growth.

Rajvir Rao is the founder and owner of North Point Immigration. As a first-generation Canadian, she recognizes the importance and the positive impacts immigrants have made for a better Canada. 

She holds a B.A. from Simon Fraser University, M.A. from Royal Roads University and a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policy and Procedure from University of British Columbia. over the last two-decades, Rajvir has worked with all three-levels of government including for a former federal cabinet Minister as a legislative assistant, where she monitored several parliamentary committee, including the Citizenship and Immigration Committee. She has a solid understanding of policy development, navigating through government channels and awareness of the social-economic and political landscape. As a strategic communications professional, she has expertise in issues management, government relations, and stakeholder relations. All this hands-on experience will add value to your file.
